This Yoga workshop will be dedicated to inversions.
All postures in which the head is lower than the heart are considered inversions. There are therefore a large number of asanas which can be practiced standing, on all fours, lying on the back or on the stomach, on the head or on the hands which correspond to this definition.
We will experiment with all of these postures, from easy to advanced and adapted to your level of practice whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner.
This workshop is open to all.
