Yoga Workshops 2025
Each month, I invite you to a themed workshop that allows you to explore a specific aspect of yoga in depth. These special moments are an opportunity to take the time to discuss, learn, and practice at your own pace, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
One Saturday morning per month, from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, we explore a new practice through:
- A theoretical introduction to better understand the theme of the day.
- A postural session (Asanas), where we put the teachings into practice by exploring different postures.
- A guided meditation and/or breathing exercises (Pranayamas) related to the theme, to fully integrate the benefits of the session.
My goal is to provide you with tools to deepen your knowledge and refine your practice while guiding you on the path to well-being and inner balance.

Classes take place at Parc La Grange from April to October, weather permitting, or at Joyah Center, 26 chemin de la Caroline, 1213 Petit-Lancy. They are also available online via Zoom.

How to create your own Yoga Session 1
Saturday the 15th of February 2025 – from 09:30 AM – 12:00 PM at Joyah Center or online via Zoom.
The aim of this workshop is to let you discover different methods to help you create a balanced Yoga session.
This will be the 1st part of 2 monthly workshop dedicated to this subject. The 2nd part will take place Saturday the 15th of March.
This workshop is open to all levels practitioners.
