- Quarterly courses: Weekly sessions organized over 3 months, ideal for maintaining constant commitment and measuring progress over time.
- Half-yearly courses: A program of weekly sessions spread over 6 months, to support group dynamics and adjust objectives according to your teams’ needs.
- Annual courses: Year-round follow-up with weekly sessions, to embed well-being at work on a long-term basis and support your employees in a continuous improvement process.
Courses can be 1 hour, 1.5 hours or 2 consecutive 1-hour sessions, depending on your preferences and scheduling constraints.
