There are many ways to practice freediving and various disciplines to explore. Depending on the training offered, you can practice static apnea, dynamic apnea, or depth apnea. Every step forward is a victory—it helps you overcome fears, push your limits, and, most importantly, develop or strengthen self-confidence.
Guided by an experienced instructor, each session is designed to suit your level, whether you’re discovering freediving for the first time or looking to refine your skills. I have been training divers with care and dedication for over 15 years.
