This is the oldest and most traditional style of yoga, from which many other schools have evolved. It is an age-old science that aims to harmonize body and mind for overall physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
Each course is designed to offer a unique experience, while respecting the fundamental principles of Hatha Yoga.


Accessible to all
Hatha Yoga is accessible to everyone, whether you’re a beginner or an advanced practitioner. No special skills are required. My aim is to guide you in your practice with kindness, proposing variations adapted to your level and physical capacities. You’ll progress at your own pace, in complete safety.
The benefits of yoga
Regular practice offers numerous benefits for body and mind. Yoga postures stretch and release accumulated tension, particularly in the back, while promoting greater flexibility and mobility. Balancing and sheathing tone muscles and strengthen bones, helping to improve posture and prevent chronic pain.
Mentally, yoga develops inner peace and concentration. It helps to reduce stress, calm the mind and develop better self-awareness. It’s an ideal way to reconnect with your body, strengthen your willpower and cultivate a sense of serenity and balance in your daily life.

About our group classes:
Classes take place on Mondays and Thursdays from 12.15pm to 1.15pm at the Joyah center, 26 chemin de la Caroline, 1213 Petit-Lancy.
All classes can also be taken online on Zoom if you wish.
We also offer Online Yoga sessions every Mondays and Wednesday from 06:30am to 07:30am.
