Sport is a true catalyst for transformation, impacting the body and mind. My coaching approach is focused on performance and sustainability. Each session is designed to help you achieve your goals while respecting your abilities, desires, and pace.
For 7 years, I worked as a specialist in asset and personal protection and as an instructor for all basic training as well as ongoing education.
I was responsible for their physical preparation and also taught martial arts and weapons handling classes.
I gained a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands associated with high-level practices.
This allowed me to develop a range of skills, combining strength, agility, endurance, and tactics.
In 2018, I obtained my IRONMAN Coach certification to enhance my knowledge and skills in the field of sports performance. This training enables me today to offer comprehensive, structured, and adapted guidance to all profiles.
My goal is to guide you towards a better version of yourself, offering varied and personalized training sessions that develop your physical strength, endurance, and overall well-being. Whether you are a beginner or experienced athlete, each session is designed to help you progress consistently and sustainably, combining effort and pleasure.
Getting Back in Shape
Getting back in shape is a true journey, whether it’s about regaining a healthy weight after a long period of inactivity, following a pregnancy, after surgery or an injury. It requires patience, discipline, but most importantly, motivation. And that’s where the guidance of a coach becomes essential.

I am here to help you restart or resume sports in a safe and effective manner. Through a progressive approach, we will increase the intensity of your training sessions based on your physical condition, while taking into account your needs and goals. Whether you choose to train at home, at work, or outdoors, I will guide you every step of the way.
After assessing your physical condition, we will define a personalized and evolving program together, tailored to your objectives and pace. The idea is to make each session enjoyable, progressively strengthen your abilities, and avoid any form of injury, while allowing you to stay motivated in the long term.
I propose a wide range of exercises, from bodyweight training to more dynamic activities like running, swimming, boxing, trail running, or other disciplines that will allow you to push past your limits and achieve your goals. Each activity will be chosen based on your preferences and specific needs.
With targeted work on your cardio and optimal intensity management, we will promote increased energy expenditure, which will enable you to burn fat, stabilize your weight, and improve your overall physical condition. The goal is to make you autonomous and turn physical activity into a genuine pleasure in your daily life.

Each workout is designed to help you progress in a structured and personalized way, based on your specific goals. My role is to provide you with a tailor-made training plan that will allow you to prepare optimally, taking into account your strengths as well as your areas of progress. And of course, I will be there every step of the way to guide you, motivate you and help you overcome obstacles.

Training is a journey, with moments of doubt and moments of joy. It’s an adventure where discipline and perseverance combine, and where every step counts. It is normal to encounter challenges, but this is precisely where the support of a coach takes on its importance: to be by your side to support and encourage you. Prices for private lessons (1h15 and 3 participants max)
- Single session: 120.-
- 10 lessons card: 1,100.- (valid for 6 months)
- 20 lessons:card : 2,000.- (valid for 1 year)
