Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching yoga to elite athletes in a variety of disciplines. High-level sport demands an intensity that tests not only the body, but also the mind. These courses take into account training periods, upcoming competitions and goals to be achieved.

The aim is to target the areas of tension specific to each discipline and work on weak points or muscular imbalances. In this way, yoga becomes a genuine complement to training, aimed at :
